Summer Glau

 The first time she appeared on TV was as a guest on on the 2002 episode of Angel. She was noticed by director JossWhedon, who eventually was cast as River Tam in the critically-acclaimed TV series Firefly. The role she played was played for the feature film sequel of Serenity. Glau had applied previously to play the Power Ranger (White Wild Force Ranger alyssa Erile) part in Power Rangers Wild Force, however, she was beaten by Jessica Rey. Glau had a small part in the movie Sleepover, in which she played the high school senior Shelly. She was also featured in "What's Gilbert Grissom eating?" episode of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. " as well as season 2 of The Unit as Crystal Burns (the lover of Jeremy Erhart). Glau was the paranoid schizophrenia recurrence Tess Doerner in season 2 of The 4400. She became an established character in season 3 and beyond. Mammoth was her horror comedy character. Glau appeared in The Initiation of Sarah, an ABC Family TV film. Glau played Cameron Phillips, a Terminator-infiltration unit returned to Skynet in order to safeguard John Connor (and Sarah Connor). The seventh episode of the series, "The Demon Hand" included scenes where Glau (as Cameron) dances ballet. Glau also played Allison Young (Cameron’s human doppelganger from the second season episodes, "Allison of Palmdale" and"Born To Run". Glau also appeared as herself in the 2009 episode of the CBS situation comedy The Big Bang Theory
